Registration Procedures

Please bring the following items to register your child for Ladera Little League:

Completed Registration form.
Completed Medical Release form
Registration Fee Payment
$100 Personal Check for Snack Bar Duty Deposit
Proof of Player’s Age (Original and copy to leave)
Three Proofs of Residency Documents (Originals and copies to leave. See Little League Residence Eligibility Requirements for acceptable proof documents.)

Please make sure you bring copies of birth certificate and copies of your three proof of residency documents or originals we can keep for our files.

The forms can be downloaded from this website. You can also obtain the blank forms at the registration table at the field.

The forms of payment we accept are personal checks and cash. See Registration Form for fees.

The $100 personal check for snack bar duty will be held by Ladera Little League until the snack bar volunteer requirement is fulfilled. Following fulfillment, it will be returned to you. See Volunteer Commitment Information for the reasoning behind the snack bar duty deposit.

Little League regulations require that a participating player live within the boundaries of the league and that her or she is of legal age for the division of play. Therefore, you must provide documents proving compliance upon registration. Please view the following documents for more detailed descriptions of the requirements and the acceptable documents for proof. Please bring residency original documents for review and copies for our files.

The following map shows the Ladera Little League boundaries.

Please carefully review the boundaries requirements for participation in Ladera Little League. Please note that a player who resides outside of the boundary can request a waiver to play at Ladera Little League providing certain requirements are met. Please see the attached form for the required conditions.

Little League Regulation II (d) Waiver.

The age ranges for the various divisions are as follows:

T-Ball 5 – 6

Rookies 7 – 9

Minors 8 – 11

Majors 9 - 12

Juniors 13 – 14

The player’s league age is his or her age on April 30, 2010.

If you would like to do volunteer work such as coach or help with league operations, please complete the Little League 2010 Volunteer Application Form and bring it with you to registration along with a copy of your photo ID.
